Refund and Returns Policy

The refund policy below provides detailed information on the conditions, when and how to return goods. If you would like to request a refund, please read the policy carefully and follow the instructions.

1. Policy duration

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date you received the product. If it has been more than 30 days, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product has not been used or washed.

The labels are still intact and in original condition.

In the original packaging.

In the following cases, the product is considered defective or does not meet the requirements:

Technical defects: The product has quality or technical problems.

Inaccurate Description: The product description on the website does not match the actual product.

Wrong Color: The product is a different color than described online.

Wrong Quantity: The quantity of the product you received does not match the order.

3. Return Process

Original Price Items

We only accept returns and refunds for products purchased at original price. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Sale Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items. All transactions involving sale items are final.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a purchased item, please return the original item and place a new order for a replacement item.

6. Refunds

The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, regardless of how much the customer paid for the delivery. The refund will be credited to your original account.

The time it takes for the refund to be credited to the account is 5-7 business days. If after this time you have not received the refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] for assistance.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost for the return item will also be deducted.

7. Cases where the policy does not apply

The refund policy does not apply in the following cases:

The goods were purchased during special promotions.

The return period has expired.

The product has been used, has lost its label or is damaged due to misuse or contact with strong objects that cause scratches or damage.
